It works out great so my athletes have more time to work on technique versus just running through the ladders as quick as they can. I chose the blue ones because all the other coaches have yellow and I didn't want them to get mixed up with anyone elses. I see these working out for me for years to come. Easy to set up and easy to put away. Adjusting the space in between bars could be a little easier to do. Great tool to work on your agility and to stay on the ball of your feet.
