From the makers of RESCUE Remedy® the UK’s #1 Emotional Wellbeing brand*, Holly is one of 38 flower essences discovered by Edward Bach, a physician, bacteriologist & homeopath, in the 1930s to support emotional wellbeing and balance. All 38 flower essences are made from a variety of wild plants, trees and bushes and each essence relates to a specific emotion or feeling that anyone might experience from time to time. The essences are suitable for all the family and vegetarian and vegan friendly. (*IRI Value Sales, 52 weeks to w/e 19th March. 2022) Indications There are many Flower Remedies on the market today. However, the Bach Original Flower Remedies are the only flower remedies made with mother tinctures prepared exactly according to Dr Bach’s specifications at his home, the Dr Edward Bach Centre, in Oxfordshire. They are a range of 38 individual flower remedies. With the exception of Rock Water, the Bach Original Flower Remedies are flower essences prepared from single wild flowers and tree blossoms. Each remedy is used to gently balance out a specific negative emotion.
