I love this laptop
I haven't had any issues with this laptop. I've had it almost a year now and have no complaints. I use it to write my stories and do research for my stories

The computer is not worth the money
PC arrived nicely packed with impressive look, started working as it should. After a few Windows 11 updates touch screen stopped working, essentially speaking, Windows 11 up messed up the computer. After a few hours of research, I came up to the conclusion that in order to fix the touch screen issues I need to purchase Lenovo Vantage utility for $29.22 per year. Also, turned out that: tablet mode and display calibration feature have disappeared as well and are not available. The Lenovo's support site claims drivers are up to date along with its BIOS. The only way to address the touchscreen situation is to reverse current Windows 11 state to its original state, however the Windows 11 updates will return no matter what you will do. :(((((((

MISLEADING DESCRIPTION INFORMATION
This purchase was made under the assumption based on the description that it came with Microsoft windows 11. It worked then it asked to be activated. Not understanding what that meant I contacted Amazon. Amazon customer service was unable to help and asked that I call the mfr. I requested to speak to an Amazon cs supervisor because the csr provided me with what was to be a Microsoft 800 number with 11 digits. We use 10 digits in the US. The csr told me to exclude a number from the 800 number they provided me. No where did the description state that the Microsoft license had to be purchased in order to use windows. So it cost me 70.00 and Microsoft was grateful for my feedback on the product that was purchased through Amazon. I would expect that Amazon refund me my expenses for the false advertisement. I would expect a quick response to this request.
