I believe it does, I bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas last year and it is still going strong - she loves it and no worries with it. It's a beautiful 1st baby gift and will be in her memory box - I rate 5⭐️

No not soft but plastic molded. She can lie down or sit up and is very cute. My 2 yr old granddaughter loves her. The clothes can be removed as can the dummy. In my household she gets pushed around a lot in her pushchair!
