Does this remove post nasal drip?

it is very possible that i will .. but if it is caused by eating mik and cheese and other dairy it will not work. It is good and very safe to try.

How long can you keep using this product once opened?

I wondered about this too. I emailed Xlear to find out. Here is their answer: "If you are using the 1.5oz bottle, then there is a backflow preventor in the pump that does not allow anything to be pulled into the nozzle or bottle, so you are safe to use it until the bottle is empty, as the product should not go bad. Just please make sure to keep the nozzle clean after each use. If you are using the .75 oz squeeze bottle, then the nozzle doesn’t have a backflow preventor, and things from the nose can be pulled back into the bottle if you don’t pull the nozzle out of your nose before it inflates again. If you feel this may have happened while using, we would recommend throwing it out. If not, you can continue to use until empty. We hope this helps."

how long does this stay good for once opened i cannot seem to find this information, it should say this but does not , i have had mine for 6 mo

l would think quite a while, as saline is virtually a preservative. l have had mine a year and still use it when needed.
