Very useful stuff
This really does work quite well. The blender eases the mixing of the pastels allowing the pigments to really come together. I only have the three primaries plus black and white and while before the blender arrived I was able to get quite a selection of colours now I am able to get so many more. I have created a landscape with quite convincing colours just by using the blender and my limited palette. It does very slightly dull the vibrancy but not much more than blending does anyway. You only need a little to blend quite a lot of colour. I haven't tried it with my stick pastels yet but I tried blending pastel pencils and that certainly works. Not entirely necessary, but such a useful tool if you have it.

Rich colour saturation and easy to use
Easy to transport and use. Intense colour pigment. I want them in all colours! Slightly pricey and slow to arrive but worth the wait.

First time trying pan pastels, i'm in love. Have ordered some other skin tones now i know how good they are! I used this colour as the base then just used coloured pencils to add blush/shadow etc. Can't wait to get the others!
