Easy to put together. Very useful for getting stuff from higher shelves in my kitchen.

Ordered 6th November, delivered next day, no Amazon packaging,although I'd requested it,grey instead of black, one castor fallen off & not replaceable. Returned next day, replacement requested which came yesterday in exactly the same state... Returned that one today, refund requested . Had enough.

Really pleased with steps although had a problem with delivery it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive but exactly what I wanted

I absolutely love this product it is beautifully finished very solid easy to assemble and very practical it is an essential for anybody who needs any sort of stool to stand on.By very highly recommend it

This is definitely worth the price. I can't reach beyond first-shelf-level in our kitchen. Thanks to this sturdy step, I can now get to the chocolate my boyfriend hides at the top with ease. Before I owned this baby, I would either wobble precariously on a kitchen chair or employ a long-handled wooden spoon to knock an item in my lowly direction, which I would then have to catch. I was never entirely satisfied with either of these approaches. As I'm also quite lazy (as well as very short and greedy) the castors are a great bonus: you can just kick it around the kitchen, rather than having to pick it up and move it. As an added bonus, my toddler likes to use it as a table (not recommended).

Rating this item was tricky. The initial delivery was broken - one of the castors was broken and you could hear it rattling in the box.So we had a replacement delivered. The replacement is very good, we like the design and it moves around very easily on its castors. Unlike some other reviewers I found it easy to assemble the two parts together.If we had not had the broken item delivered first I would have given the product 5 stars, but as it is I think 3 is reasonable as there must be an ongoing worry about how strong the castors are.I must also say that Amazon service was excellent. I reported the broken delivery on a Friday morning, a replacement arrived here on Saturday. You cannot beat that!
