Looks good and protects
While the cover is not a perfect fit for my backflow preventer it still fits and looks very nice. It keeps the brass staying nice looking and helps keep the warmth in when the temperature gets low. It is very easy to install, and it covers the entire backflow preventer. It has been outside for almost 2 years and has held up very good. It is thick and is definitely worth the money to save your backflow preventer from corrosion and the element elements.

Very good construction, does the job well!
I recently bought this for protection against intermittent below freezing temps at my house. Outdoor plumbing it a thing in the Southwest states of the USA. But sometimes we have bouts of cold that require insulating things to protect them from cold. This perfectly fit my 3/4" pipe Pressure Reducing Valve that feeds my house from the water meter outside. I do not know if it would work in extremely cold areas, but it works fine for my needs. It is built well, fairly thick insulation and fabric, as well as good quality "Hook & Loop" fastening strips along the inner edges. Well worth the purchase price.

Good fit
Fits very nice over 3/4 inch backflow valve--I'm using it more for just a cover as water valving is right at front of house and wanted to kinda camouflage the valve --seems well made so should last awhile in the hot Phoenix sun I hope

Cover for Outdoor Plumbing
I used this cover for the irrigation valves out near the back of my shed. In the winter, the cold gets rough here and I’ve had to deal with frozen lines before, so I thought this might help. It went on easy, just opened the flap and wrapped it around the top of the valve and pipe, then pulled the velcro shut. It stayed on alright, even through some windy nights. I did use the ties it came with, just to make sure it wouldn't blow away.It held up fine through snow and even when the sun came out strong the next week, it didn’t seem to fade or get brittle. I haven’t had any ice issues yet, which is a good sign, though the weather hasn’t been as bad as last year so far. It seems thicker than I expected, kind of padded in a way. Doesn’t look great sitting out there but it does the job.

Survived the winter freeze
A year ago, our sprinkler system backflow valve was not properly protected during our winter freeze, and it burst. This year, I looked for an insulated cover and picked this one. We really only get one or two bad freezes here in southeast Texas, so I got it before the freezes came. To be honest, it didn't get quite as cold this year as last, but we still had some temps in the 20s. I drained the system and covered the valve with this product; we had no problems in the end. In April I stored the cover and turned our system back on with no trouble. At least for our relatively mild winter, this product performance perfectly. Recommended if your situation is similar.

Excellent quality
I was sick of wrapping my large well pipes every year with insulation wrap. I thought I would give these a try and so happy i did! They seem like they are made out of quality material with several layers of protection. They were easy to install and fit perfectly! Now we will see if they will hold up to the freezes!

Perfect for winterization
Check your sprinkler setup 1st to get right size but this is a very nice, thick cover and came with zip ties to secure from wind and theft. Absolutely get one. Less trouble than wrapping.

Works for my needs
Worked great in mild freeze (26 F). My area does not usually get much colder. Use it to protect sprinkler system valves and faucet that sticks out from house. Nice adaptable design allows slip on and slip off and grommets allow staking to ground so winds do not blow it off sprinkler valves.
