Senner ® MusicPro Soft | Ear Protection for Concerts, Music, Disco, Festivals - Extra Soft Earplugs, Blue/Transparent - with Aluminum Case

I previously bought some Etymotics but bought these as the Etymotics have that huge plastic rod sticking out of the middle which looks (and feels) a bit odd. They also block out more sound than these and I wanted lighter protection to lose as little audio quality as possible. I’ve used these now at both a gig (Alabama 3 if you’re interested) and to rehearse with a four piece rock band in a small studio. Did a good job in both cases - taking the edge off the loudness while not muffling the quality too much - and I could hear conversations easily as well. You could still tell the decibel level was quite high at the gig, so I felt I could enjoy dthe sensation of a loud gig without worrying about ear damage. They fit very discreetly so I now feel I am protecting my 53 year old ears without looking a bit weird and without making a fuss. The only thing that did occur to me was that taking them in and out at a gig is a bit risky - they’re so small that if you dropped them they’d be gone. I guess the answer is not to take them out, or just take care if you want to check what you’re hearing/not hearing. The metal case is quality too, though I actually put these in my old Etymotics case for the gig as I didn’t want a little bomb-shaped metal thing in my pocket. They insert very easily (helps if you moisten them very slightly) and the little rubber tab is just the right size to pull them out. I would say I have smallish ears though so they may not fit every ear so well. Some may want more protection - in some ways the gig still ‘felt’ quite loud. But these are very clearly branded as on the light end of protection, so on the whole I would happily give these 5*.

I was sceptical at first having received these from a gig buddy as a present after I'd complained of ringing ears after seeing bands recently. I had previously used foam ear pads which apart from looking ridiculous only appear to block certain frequencies leaving the sound you hear as distorted and missing the full audio range.But the Senner MusicPro Soft ear plugs were amazing the first time I used them. Until you've used foam pads and then these it's hard to explain the difference. It was like listening to a loud home stereo but not at excessive levels. All the frequencies and nuances of live music came through perfectly. Towards the end of the gig (Alter Bridge at the O2, if you must know) I removed the plugs for a moment and was stunned by how loud the gig actually was. The reduced volume I was hearing certainly did not affect the enjoyment of the live music experience.The hours after the gig and the next day were ear ringing free!In terms of comfort and getting them in the ears, all good, no issues at all. You do need to take a few moments to get them seated correctly with a good seal around the edges but it's no hassle given that if fitted well they could help save your hearing.As a bonus they are very discreet and barely visible and the high quality carry case is very cool.Will definitely be using these at every gig from now on.

I got these mainly for using in the office to try and drown out chatter when I have to focus on getting work done! I also have used them on the train as some of the on train announcments are very loud.As the description also said they can be used for long periods of time and in bed I tried them overnight. I found them very comfortable to wear, you don't even notice they are in. When in bed I was sleeping on my side and there was no discomfort, however, it did start to feel a bit uncomfortable after about 8hrs. When they are in the ear they don't stick out and you can hardly see them.I've used other plugs that are harder and would end up being quite uncomfortable to wear for any extended period of time, unlike the Senner soft plugs.They are easy to put in and take out. There is a small grip attached to assist in taking them out but I found you don't always need to use it. If you position the plug with the grip at the top it is easier to get a hold of. They fit well in my ear and the seal seems to improve once they warm up.The small container they come in is handy as you can attach them to a keyring so that they are always available, particularly handy when using public transport!The 18dB protection is good for most noise I'm exposed to, the plugs lower the noise and you can still hear conversations, announcements etc. to a certain extent.So to summarise, they are a great product, they lower noise to a safe level and are very comfortable to wear.

I purchased a pair of Senner Music Pro, (and a pair of Senner Strong Pro) ear plugs to use at work. My job as a diesel mechanic exposes me to loud noise for 50% of my working day. I purchased to two different strength ear plugs so that I can use the strong protection when working close to running engines and the lighter protection to protect against the loud ambient noise.We are provided with foam ear plugs an quality ear defenders at work.The ear plugs were shipped and arrived very quickly. I tried the two pairs at home and they both are easy to fit and seem to isolate a lot of noise.First impressions, once fitted into my ears the Senner Music Pro ear plugs are OK to remove again, the small removal tab is easy enough to get a hold of to pull the ear plugs out again.Using the ear plugs at work, they are great. They cut out a lot of the loud ambient sounds but let an amount of sound through to enable conversation.They are light weight and more comfortable to use than foam types that expand out after fitting.They would also be OK to use around a running engine, however I also have the Senner Strong Pro for that purpose.Ideal for what I require.I would suggest an option of a lanyard to connect the two ear plugs together, easier to remove and avoid loosing one of the pair

I found these very effective at blocking noise like a partners snoring or gales, but have several times had issues removing them in the morning - even though I've been ultra careful not to put them in too deep when going to bed, the easily get pushed in doing the night and ended up beyond the grasp of my fat fingers, I had to use tweezers - they could do with the little removal tab being twice as long for me. Other than that I find them a very good, re-useable product and have even bought others for work use.

I bought a pair of these after researching the various makes and models of ear plugs and I'm glad I did. They are very comfortable to wear; they fit snug into my ears (I have medium size ears). I bought these primarily as aid to when I practice music loudly and they do the job. They reduce the decibel level without the cloudiness of foam earplugs. They are not perfect and I may upgrade to fitted earplugs in the future if time allows but for the price, they are good. I have sensitive hearing and I have found that they also come in useful when there is loud noise. They come in a robust capsule and it is a quality product.

I am Autistic and bought this product to help with my sensory issues. I wanted something that would tone down day to day noise without blocking too much out. Unfortunately they didn't fit my ears correctly and wouldn't stay in place. I got the medium set and perhaps the large set might have been perfect but the sizing was all written in German so I had no idea what size I was ordering.Comfort: 10/10. These are much softer and more delicate feeling in the ears than others I've tried meaning they should cut right down on ear soreness if worn regularly. I don't know if the softness contributed to them not staying in place but given that most people are very happy with them I assume it was purely a size issue for me.Ease of use: 9/10. They are very easy to insert and the little tab makes them easy to remove although a few millimeters more length on the pull tab would be perfect.Sound: These kept the sound clearer than my Auritech and Vibes ear plugs but at the same time they didn't reduce the decibels quite as much.For general use I'd choose the Senner earplugs for better sound and comfort but for anything extremely loud I'd probably take a backup set incase the reduction isn't enough but then again I'm autistic so my hearing is more sensitive than usual.Overall I'd definitely recommend these if you can get the right size.

I ordered a set of these for when I play darts to drown out the music. When to use them all I have for the money paid is the tin.

Ich habe mich für Gehörschutz Ohrstöpsel interessiert, da ich in Anbetracht eines anstehendes Festivals auf Nummer sicher gehen wollte und mir nicht den Spaß mit Ohrenschmerzen verderben wollte. Nun, nach endlosem Suchen hier und da, Testberichten und Kundenrezensionen habe ich mich schlussendlich für diesen Artikel entschieden. Ausschlaggebend dafür war vor allem die Tatsache, dass ich sehr sehr kleine Ohren habe und schon schlechte Erfahrungen beispielsweise mit zu großen In-Ear Kopfhörern gemacht habe (z.B.: Apple In-Ear passen nicht rein). Diese hier wurden als besonders gut für kleine Ohren angepriesen und waren vielen Rezensenten zu klein, sprich geeigneter für mich. Und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Sie sind in der Tat eher kleiner und deswegen nicht für Segelohren gemacht, sondern eher für Kleinere wie die meinigen.Tragekomfort:Ich habe sie stundenlang getragen ohne Schmerzen oder Ähnlichem. Es ist zwar ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig und man sollte gewaschene Ohren haben, jedoch spürt man sie nach einigen Minuten gar nicht mehr und kann sich voll aufs Konzert konzentrieren. Selbst durch hüpfen fallen sie nicht raus oder machen sich bemerkbar, was definitiv ein praktischer Vorteil ist. Es passierte nicht selten, dass ich mich kratzen wollte und ganz vergessen hatte, dass noch diese Dinger in meinem Ohr steckten. Zusätzlich kann man sie auch tiefer oder weniger tief ins Ohr drücken und hat dementsprechend mehr oder weniger laute Geräusche.Qualität:Kann ich nicht meckern, aber ich kann auch keinen Langzeittest vorweisen. Ich war total zufrieden. Das Metallgehäuse ist kleiner als es auf dem Bild aussieht aber sehr praktisch, auch hier alles in Ordnung.Klang:Wie zu erwarten ist alles deutlich leiser (wer hätt's gedacht?), aber nicht dumpf. Wenn man mit seinem Nachbarn reden will kann man das erstaunlicherweise auch mit Stöpseln. Für mich war ausschlaggebend, dass Schlagzeug etwas zu dämpfen, was hervorragend geklappt hat. Es war als wäre alles ein wenig leiser und dadurch zumindest für mich viel angenehmer. Wie schon erwähnt kann man auch durch Veränderung der Tiefe und Stellung die Lautstärke beeinflussen. Für mich war es perfekt.Handhabung:Ein bisschen Gewöhnung und Übung braucht es zwar, aber man hat schnell den Trick raus und es ist kein Problem.Abschließend noch zur Schlaffunktionalität:Man kann zwar damit schlafen aber auf dem Ohr liegen bzw. auf der Seite geht nicht so gut denn es drückt unangenehm tief rein. Zumal es keine Ohrpropfen sind kann man eben alles leiser hören und nicht gar nichts mehr (logisch). Wenn es also wirklich extrem laut ist hilft es sicher aber es ist kein Ersatz für Oropax etc.. Auf einem Festival kann es helfen, aber ich war sowieso zu müde um nicht einzuschlafen.Ich hoffe geholfen zu haben

La silicona es muy buena y suave. Encajan bien y permiten escuchar los intercomunicadores. Me parece un buen producto por un precio razonable.

Realmente me han gustado, es tal cual lo que pone. Puedes escuchar la música clara sin que te haga daño en los oídos aún con un volumen bastante alto. Lo probé en los altavoces de casa (no son pequeños) con un volumen muy alto pegando el oído al altavoz y me sorprendió lo bien que se escuchaba, y no sentía dolor o molestia alguna en los tímpanos y eso que sufro de acúfenos o tinnitus como también una sensibilidad muy alta al sonido y a la mínima me duelen, así que sería el mismo efecto en un festival o concierto. Se oye igual pero como si el sonido fuera más bajo, sin notar taponamiento como los demás tapones. Son muy fáciles de poner y es bastante cómodo el estuche o funda que trae, es metálico y no los aplasta. La desventaja, por decir algo, es que son tan transparentes que la mínima cera que tengan se ve, pero en mi opinión es positivo, así los limpias más concienzudamente y ves lo que realmente sucios están, ya que son los oídos y la limpieza en estos artículos es muy importante. Agua tibia, dejarlos secar al aire y como nuevos.
