Perfect fit for my 25 year old Littmans paediatric stethoscope. Easy to fit, just snaps/clicks on easy and is secure once on. Comes in 2 colours for the diaphragm clip/holder - gray and black. Revived my old stethoscope. Good value for money. Sounds perfect

As a pediatrician, my stethoscope gets chewed on a lot, and the ring that holds the diaphragm finally split. Glad to find these replacements. It's a little hard to get the ring onto the stethoscope. Definitely put the diaphragm into it first as the instructions suggest.
