Excellent for degunking your gaggia filters
I've a 2 year old ex demo Gaggia baby but in recent months despite dismantling brewblock and cleaning thoroughly , the unit was getting poorer and poorer flow. Descaled but no use but then got these tablets and I've my machine back up and running as it used to. Easy to use. Just pop tablet in and run system then leave turned off for 15-20mins and then run off more. Whilst I waited I watched as lots of coffee particles dribble out of what appeared to be my clean filter. If you've a machine that is getting slower or poorer flow worth trying

Has cleaned the coffee machine parts quite well and is an easy process .to apply. Enables the fittings to work as new again

impressive cleaning
Worked really well to get rid of annoying lingering coffee residues, especially from the drip tray. as with all things Gaggia it's really quite expensive for what it is. Despite this, it's highly recommended for an annual deep clean.

Good product though...
...have to admit I'm not sure if they're the right product for my slightly older Gaggia classic - though this may be more a reflection on me.

What the alternative
Unfortunately pretty rubbish, while following the Gaggia coffee machine instructions to the letter, the cleaning tablet never really dissolved.

Not sure how effective these tablets are..
Effervescent tablets, quite expensive, 10 in a pack, and I am using 2 per clean, instructions say 1 per cup of water, but 1 cup of water not enough to immerse basket and shower head. After cleaning, flow is certainly improved, but they do not lift all the stains even with vigorous brushing.

The description says it is pack of 10 where each pack contains 6 items. But I received only 1 pack with 6 items in it.

2 tablets work! Helps clean the tray. Good stuff.
