Compared our previous Vax, this is significantly better. Does fantastic job, easy to change the tools and lightweight. Only negative is the length of the cord, far too short, so you'll need to consider using an extension cable.

Works fine, good at cleaning. I don't have any others to compare it too so I don't know how it stacks up against the competition. I do find that it seems to "slack off" on the steam every so often for a few seconds, like it's building up.. and then you get a big gush of steam for a few seconds. Maybe it'd be better if it was a constant flow, maybe not, because once you get used to it you know there's a big swoosh building and you can position it over a tough area accordingly. Maybe it's just the way I'm holding it (sometimes upside down) or maybe this is the way it's meant to be, I don't know. I am really liking it though, certainly a better option than an old fashioned mop. And all the options are great. I've used it to clean the upholstery in my car, the walls in my house, tables, cooker, sink etc. Definitely a good investment. Feels very well built too, heavy and sturdy, but not too heavy to pick up and run it up and down the wall. I'm just going to knock off the one star because of the times it stops producing steam for a few seconds. Not that it's a big deal really but that's what 4 stars is for right? I'm sure there's more expensive steam cleaners that work a bit better but I'm extremely happy with this. I bought a refurbished version here, for €35 so I can't complain, since a regular mop is about €12 in the shop anyway.

Excellent product great value for money. I like the way you can unattach the water container to fill. It gives floor a great steam clean. Additional attachments are great as they allow you to clean showers and ovens, to worksurfaces etc really thoroughly. It is amazing how many different uses there are for this product around the home. COULDNT do without it. A must for any house wife.

This is a great steam cleaner but be careful when using wearing flip flops. I wasn’t looking and scalded my toe - lesson learned. Easy to use and the attachment is great for cleaning smaller areas around the house including kitchen and bathroom.

I have used this a few times now so here is my current opinion. The Morphy Richards 12-in-1 Steam Cleaner comes with several attachments, two microfiber pads to clean the floor and one smaller one to clean upholstery, by pressing a button it comes apart to allow you to clean other things such as the windows, oven, bath, upholstery etc. The water tank is pretty small but lasts about 15 minutes and heats up in about 30 seconds so I don't think the size of the tank matters. It does work with tap water but due to limescale build up, you should use bottled water. Pros: heats up quickly and lasts about 15 minutes, it is light enough to push along the floor. Cons: Really heavy when trying to clean the windows and handle is relatively short (i am 5"6 and it is ok for me but if you are closer to 6" you may struggle with the size). I have uploaded a before and after of one of my oven trays to show one of the ways to use it.

Extremely happy with this! I have only used it to clean our tiled floors so can't comment on this as a handheld unit but having recently purchased and returned 2 vax steam cleaners which seemed to be defective (the floors where left soaking) and the quality of the unit was pretty shoddy I had decided that if this was similar I'd call quits on the steam and return to the good ole mop. However this feels well made and built to last and well and truly does the job! I wish I'd taken a picture of the floor around out cat bowls before and after! Very impressive :) happy to recommend this to anyone!

Wrong item sent. Ordered 12 in 1, thw biz was corrwcr vut thw itwm inside thw bocz is a o in 1 steam cleaner. Just moved in to a new flat and urgently in need this. Arrived on time, already used was in desperate need. Disappointed, but at least it works as it should ( steam wise) Description: MAIN REASON I CHOSE this is that it's Less heavy compared to VAX steam cleaner, but poor performance and practicality of built and accessories. The cloth is not easy to attach, keeps coming off even pulled the strings few times and very soft that you have to mop the dirt few times. You have to manually screw and unscrew to separately use from handheld to stand one. Definitely regret buying this. Should have bought vax instead since I already tried my parents vax steam cleaner.

This seems to do everything it says on the box. It is REALLY rather hard to push around the floor though, perhaps the steam coming through the pad causes friction, who knows. The first time you fire it up, be prepared; it actually takes around five minutes to get up to optimum heat the first time you use it. Also, don't be alarmed by the rather strange loud buzzing noise, its normal and quietens down once the steam comes through. I have yet to try it on my oven, but the floors are definitely much cleaner, so I'm hoping for reasonable results on my cooker as well. Delivery was very prompt, and the customer service department extremely helpful (when I queried the loud buzzing).
