Can an adult use this? It has same fluoride % as adult version. My ususal adult version is out of stock so im wondering if i can use the kids for now

Why not?! Exactly the same logic I would apply to be honest. I've used my daughters, it's just a bit milder than adult toothpaste and as you said the fluoride levels are as for adults.

Does this have SLS in it?

SLS is not listed specifically in the ingredients The list is: Aqua, Sorbitol, hydrated Silica, Glycerin, PEG-6, Cocamidopropyl Bethune, Xanthan Gum, Aroma, Sodium Flouride, Sodium Saccharin, Sucralose, Titanium dioxide, Limonene, Sodium Hydroxide. Would this help with white spots on kids teeth?

No, it made no difference to my daughters white spots. I bought it to reduce her sensitivity which it thankfully did.
