Good fit
Perfect for the water fountain. Fits the stay well fountain perfectly. Does need a quick rinse under the tap before fitting as the charcoal will turn the water black.

Much better than the competition!
Yes it's more expensive and you get less cartridges than the competitors, but that said, they do not reduce water flow land the cats keep drinking from the fountain! It's that latter point which is the most important Im sure all good pet owners would agree.

A must for the water bowl
I could not understand why our cat started drinking out of puddles again considering we had an electric filtered water fountain. On taking it apart I found the filter had disintegrated and was rather nasty! Once I had cleaned the fountain and replaced the filter he started drinking from it again. so once a month I check the state of the filter and replace accordingly!

Easy to use and fit/replace.
Charcoal filters are purchased on a regular basis for my cat fountain, or more like my cats fountain. They seem to work very well and are easy to replace. They do produce a bit of dust when taking them out of their packaging so its worth doing this right next to a sink when changing to avoid any mess. They seem to last for the recommended amount of time (one month) it would obviously be more affordable and easy of filters did not have to be changed so often.

These are secondary filters for my cats' water bowl. Original OEM, you don't need to clean them because you have to replace them after a month and they keep the water clean and filtered - my cats seem to like them because they're always drinking from the bowl.
