Value for money

These are excellent value for money and really easy to fit. They also look good, and I’d say look much nicer than the budget price would suggest. The tap levers are handy and easy to control the right amount of water. It’s possible to get a really powerful jet of water which is very soft and frothy - definitely creates way more soap suds with these taps! They pull forward for ‘on’ and push back for off, very smooth and easy to operate. There was a tiny tiny chip in the black paint on the tap part when it arrived but it was barely noticeable and for the price I really wasn’t bothered, over a few months though, the black paint on the tap has scratched fairly easily so the tiny chip should have been a warning sign to me. That said, the scratches aren’t easy to see, the taps still function very well and still look great! The only reason I have gone with 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how easily the black paint seems to have scratched/chipped.

Excellent, good value

I've had this tap fitted for a couple of weeks now and everything seems fine. It feels of good quality. I was initially concerned about the flex hoses so I bought some extras in case. However, the flex hoses that came with the tap have been fine. They have WRAS stamped into the metal. So I can only assume that they have been approved by the water regulations approval scheme. Several negative reviews note that you can't get cartridges for this tap, but I've also seen that if you message the seller they can get them for you.

Bought this a few years ago and performance has been fine. Recently the hot started to drip so I wanted to replace the cartridge. I knew that there are dozens of different ones so I went to two local plumbers merchants but had no luck in either. Looking at all the available options it became clear that the splines on the shaft are much finer than on standard cartridges. The only solution was to buy a new tap. So, just be aware that you may find it impossible to replace the cartridges should you need to. Other than that it’s a good tap (especially for the price). I paid double for the replacement knowing that it has cartridges in the standard range…so I guess you get what you pay for.
