So soothing and peaceful to lay back for 10 minutes with this on my eyes. Good quality and comes with a nice storage pouch. Quick to heat and I did notice it had cooled down a bit after 7 mins out of the 10, but that is much better than the usual warm compress needing to be reheated every 30 seconds or so.

Really easy to use and soothing when you have dry eye. Seller delivers on time. Regular repeat order.

I purchased this eye mask on the recommendation of my optician after I was diagnosed with a blocked tear duct in my left eye which caused a large red swelling on both my external and internal lids. I was very sceptical that an eye mask would offer type of cure but I am amazed that my eye is healing. Consistency is essential for this condition, heat up two or three times per day for 20 seconds in microwave but be careful it does get very hot. I could not put the mask directly on my eyes, I had to hold it above my eyes until it cooled and could be placed properly. I was very happy with this mask, it did the job and gave me a therapeutic dose of heat to treat my condition. If you want something purely for relaxation I am guessing this could be a little too hot 🔥.

I bought two of these, one for me and one for my husband. We both began to have irritated and gritty feeling eyes especially when reading. Using the masks twice a day has seemed to alleviate the symptoms slightly but perhaps we need to use them for a week or two more to feel any major benefit. I also put mine in the freezer for half an hour and use it for migraine. The masks are well made and comfortable to wear. The velcro headband is easily adjusted for the best fit.

This is easy to heat for 15 secs in my microwave. Then stays hot enough to do the 10 minutes recommended. It is comfortable to wear with the band holding it in place. I have a small timer which I set so that I can completely relax for the time required. After that time my eyes feel so much better; far less dry so more comfortable and I am hoping that regular use will help with the blocked pores in my eylids. Not had it for long enough to comment on that

Having used lubricant drops to treat dry eye for several years, I decided to give heat treatment a go. One application of the moist heat eye mask was enough to release a large amount of thickened meibomian secretions. It caused blurring for about half an hour afterwards but this was to be expected. A second application of the mask on the next day produced no further blurring, so the first had done the trick. I am using tea tree oil wipes to get rid of any mites, but i now only need lubricant drops if I spend too long at the computer. For me at least, the moist heat eye mask produced a pretty dramatic improvement.

Non superate i tempi di applicazione suggeriti. Un consiglio, utilizzate delle compressine di garza o tessuto non tessuto tra le palpebre e la maschera per prolungarne la durata e mantenerla pulita, è lavabile ma deve asciugare almeno 24h quindi meglio lavarla il meno possibile.

This really seems to get the tear ducts flowing. It takes some experimentation to get the heat right, and I found the warmer you get it the more results you get, but of course you don’t want to burn yourself. That’s where the experimentation comes in and a second or two in the microwave can make a bigger difference in heat than you might expect. Keep in mind I’m a guy so women should probably use extra caution since their skin might be more sensitive from all the bizarre compounds they’re constantly putting on their faces. My ophthalmologist recommended using it for two 5-minute treatments, reheating it after the first one. This was good advice because the compress cools too much by the time 10 minutes are up, as some reviewers have noted. Again, be careful about the heat. Warmer=better up to a point! Also be sure to go by the cleaning instructions on the tag. No immersion!
