The colors are marvelous on the watercolor paper. They mix well and after the colors dry up they are still vibrant. Love working with them.

Faber Castell seems to have the best bullet tips on all their markers and calligraphy instruments. They are much longer than any other brand I’ve tried. And I love that about them. These are dual ended with a brush on one end, and a fine point bullet tip on the other end. I use them for various projects, and love them! Wish they had more colors, but I’m sure they are working on that…

Nice product for the money
I love how easy these flow with watercolors and easy to use 👍🏼I was not impressed with the packaging. Box had opened in route apparently and the markers were all scattered in the bag but no damage done.

Great tips and colors
This was my first time using aqua markers and the color performance was inconsistent. The brush and fine liner tips are great for all shapes and sizes and the colors are beautifully vivid.The cool colors are deep and pigmented. When water is added, they blend well. However, when water coloring with the warm colors, they do not blend out as well. I tried on both regular paper and watercolor paper without successfully achieving a seamless blend. They are great as markers, but the pigment doesn’t translate boldly to water. Multiple layers were needed and it came out looking like a bleeding tie-dye mess.

Tolle Stifte!
Die Goldfaber Aqua sind klasse. Sie sind kräftig in der Farbe und lassen sich gut verarbeiten. Man kann sie miteinander oder auch mit Wasser vermischen. Ich habe die Stifte sowohl auf Aqurellpapier mit je 300g/m² (Kreise) und 120g/m² ausprobiert. Der Farbverlauf auf dem schweren Aquarellpapier ist sehr gut. Auf dem leichteren Papier lassen die Stifte sich nicht so gut verarbeiten. Daher würde ich zu einem qualitativ hochwertigerem Papier raten. Wenn man keine Lust hat richtige Aquarellfarbe zu benutzen, sind die Goldfaber Aqua eine tolle Alternative. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf.
