I ordered Moringa to help ease the stiffness of my arthritic fingers. I have been taking one capsule twice a day and although I haven't noticed any obvious difference to my arthritis I have noticed I am calmer and have more energy. I am also waking up earlier and keen to get up and do stuff which is a bonus.

I have taken this brand Moringa for a month. No side effects noted. I don’t have diabetes so not sure if my blood sugar level has reacted to the supplements. But it does help me to open my bowels. I suppose it is part of the detoxification process. I did have pain on my left foot after walking too much before taking the supplement , but that was not improved. However my asthma has improved significantly, only minor symptoms remains. It comes as a surprise effect.

The container is great for fitting through a letter box but the seal inside wasn't sealed at either end (just the middle) so wasn't prepared to taken the contents - tamper proof seal needs working on.

I have psoriatic arthritis and ulcerative colitis, i've been in severe chronic pain in most joints for the past 4 years, to the point i could no longer dress myself, and sleep was a distant memory. within days of starting moringa my pain was noticably improved, after a week i was almost pain free, i sleep like never before, i am active, independant, and i've even started to exercise. Moringa has given me my life back.

I seen someone on youtube saying that moringa helped with arthritis aches & stiffness, so thought i would try it although a bit dubious at first, i looked on Amazon and found these organic capsules and as they are not expensive i bought them. I have arthritic pain & stiffness in feet, knees, hip, shoulders and hands and my wife has pain in one knee and i have been taking cocodamol but suffered the usual side effects, after a week of taking the moringa the pain has not completely gone but it is greatly reduced and i no longer use cocodamol. Have just ordered our third box and will definitely continue to use and would recommend them to anyone.
