I can tell after taking them that they are very good quality. I kept mine in the fridge. I did not get dry skin patches when taking these, really well absorbed by the body and pure.

So far so good. Quite large capsules so worth bearing in mind if purchasing. Too early to feel/see any health changes

I'm not keen on fish and so infrequently eat oily fish, therefore to compensate I have taken Flaxseed/Linseed oil capsules for a number of years. In the past I've taken various makes of Flaxseed capsules but am now of the opinion that it is wise to be fussy over the quality of supplementary health tablets. After extensive research I realized that Solgar were amongst the best and to be trusted. Although sometimes a little more expensive, I believe you get what you pay for where supplements are concerned and so now I rarely take use anything other than Solgar products. (I don't work for Solgar!)

Al ver el envase tan grande y darme cuenta que sobraba mucho espacio dentro decidí contar a ver si en realidad hay 100 capsulas y al contar la primera ves me salió 96 y a la segunda 101 y a la tercera 101 también, me siento estafado xd pague por 100 capsulas y tengo 1 de mas xd

Only half a year shelf live left when the package arrived and I bought a package of 6 bottles! Anybody can imagine how inconsiderate the seller is and how obsessed the seller is in maximizing its business interests!

I use this brand as flaxseed supplements, and other supplements by this company and they are high-quality as opposed to others brands. They are cold pressed and the right MG for flaxseed intake (for me). Yes it cost a bit more but again I just want highest quality for health.

The bottle came broken that is why I gave it 4 stars.
