Powerful but easy to use. Does a great job of taking down rough surfaces, and ideal for trimming door lengths. Not a substitute for proper handplane if you want a properly levelled wood surface. My product was not supplied with a dust collection bag, which Bosch sell separately at an exorbitant price. So, don’t use it indoors if you don’t want wood shavings everywhere.

Easy to adjust and use
Really good plane for the price. Used for trimming new doors. Control and adjustment is easy. Hook it to a vacuum cleaner and only the slightest bit of mess to clean up.

Wrong plug for connection to power
The tool is great. But it came with the incorrect plug for electrical connection in Australia. About to use it on an urgent job for the first time I couldn't. I had to go out and buy an adaptor, then worry if the wattage was correct for Australian systems.

Perfect product but the only downside is there is no bag on the side to collect... makes a mess... otherwise works great and very easy to handle even for beginners
