This is a wonderful product! I’ve been making models since 1982. I just discovered this canopy glue. My problems with gluing clear plastic stretches back all that way. It used to be that I had only a couple of choices. First use Elmer’s white glue. Or, use liquid or Testors model glue. Elmer’s never really bonded and the model glue always turned clear parts opaque. This is a total game changer! I took a F-15E model out of its display case. Bombs, the canopy and the speed brake had broken loose of the model. I did this model in 1992. It survived being moved along with other belongings 3 times. I applied. it to everything except the bombs. It was really easy to use. I applied the canopy glue to a toothpick, then to what I was trying to glue back in place. It dries fairly quickly, but it does say in the instructions to give it 24 hours to fully cure. One thing that’s great about the item is that it doesn’t ruin the paint that’s already there. You can hardly see that a part was glued after the paint was applied. And of course it says that it glues canopies. It blows my mind that it does what it says so very well! I hope this review helps you make up your mind on whether or not Canopy Glue is right for you. PS, the forward canopy was glued on with liquid cement and you can see the result of doing that over 30 years ago.

So far so good. This glue s does exactly what it what made for. Just make sure when they say run a bead of glue run a bead of glue. The Price is great. It does dry very clear. Just following the directions and it will be very positive.

Easy to use - dries clear

Used this glue as a substitute for missing traction tires on HO locos. No need to remove wheels. Set wheels in slow motion and apply several thin coats with toothpick or small brush being careful not to get any on the flange or axle. Allow wheels to continue turning for 15+- minutes then let the glue dry completely. If needed, smooth wheel surface with emery board with wheels turning quickly. Dries clear works great and much cheaper than the green stuff!

PVA glue. Begins curing in a couple minutes. Good hold.

Used this on a guitar binding repair. Still holding up a month later.

Originally bought to fix clear Perspex cockpit canopy to model balsa airplane. Subsequently have been using this adhesive successfully to repair the edges of plastic wrapped MDF kitchen doors where they have started to “lift”. Although white and fairly thin, it dries clear with a good strong bond. Important to hold joint with tape while drying.Very pleased with this product.
