Multiple purchases of this nasal allergy spray. Love the fact its natural. Suffer from hayfever and find this does have a positive impact.

Title does sound dramatic I know but it’s true! I have hayfever that’s quite mild but also dust mite allergies which can be horrendous at night. I can suddenly wake up with my nose completely blocked which is annoying enough but the tickle in my throat with the involuntary swallows is a big problem because I have progressive MS and my throat has a bad habit of going into spasm easily. The salt spray both unbungs my nose and stops the irritating tickle. I do everything I possibly can with bedroom and bedding to reduce exposure and take a daily antihistamine but I still have to sleep with both beconase and salt spray next to me. The Beconase does work a treat but I try to save it for when I really need it, as the amount I would actually need it for would probably cause side effects from overusing it. There have been times on a really bad night I’ve nearly needed the whole days dose to be able to breathe through my nose again. Im happy I can use as much salt spray as I need to get some relief without having to worry about overuse or side effects although I’ve recently improved my symptoms at night by adding in a barrier spray before I go to sleep which I wish I’d tried years ago! I literally have one either about my person or within a few metres at all times! My only complaint is they are a bit expensive but they do last quite a while.

Easier to use than other versions by Sterimar. Does not cure a hayfever runny nose but does help with a stuffy nose.

Works well for me

A good natural fix for hayfever, doesn’t last that long but great with other medication.

I have sinusitis and hoped this would help. But unfortunately it didn't.

Didn’t work for me

I get very very bad hayfever in grass pollen season (end of May to around mid July) I don't like taking any OTC medicines or sprays, have tried a couple of other natural sprays which didn't seem to do much This definitely helped ease sinus iritation but had to use once every 1.5/2 hours on high peak days but it definitely helped enough I was happy to find it and ordered a second bottle when first ran out Just pure salt water and couple of minerals could be slightly cheaper

Product is marketed at more than 10 times cost of similar nasal drops but not effective in controlling allergy. Performance is same as that of much cheaper products. Therefore, the product is not worth the price.

It is a great substitute for regular salines. You do not have to blow your nose as much and it can be used 6 times per day if needed. Great for allergy season
