It is 20mls of outliner for painting silk fabric so you trace a design onto the fabric like a flower then you outline it with gutta then you paint the "flower" with a colour, the gutta stops the paint from running all over the fabric & keeps it in the design. For colouring silk wall paint you used to be able to get tints, It was in a syringe & you just added it as much as you needed. I have not seen them lately but then I have not looked. I personally buy a small tin of a much darker colour than I want & add it slowly till you get the shade you want. Don't mx gloss with either emulsion or silk they don't mix well. Also it is lighter when it is in the tin it will look darker when it dries out. I usually try it a few times on paper & let it dry (more or less) till the shade is what I want. On paper it dries fairly quickly 10/15 mins I think. Takes a bit longer but it is worth it to get the right shade. Oh one last thing when you colour the tin of paint for the walls make sure you make up enough because you will be hard pushed to replicate the colour my experience is that its downright impossible to come up with the same shade again !!
