Great Value and Quality Silk.
I used this silk for Nuno Felting. Although it is very fine it has quite a tight weave. I would have preferred it to be more mesh like. However it was a fantastic price and quality product.

This is a thin silk, but for the use I am going to put it to, it is ideal. It is also a very reasonable price, and I will be a return customer as soon as I more. An excellent product.

Bought to make Barbie underwear, and haven't used it yet. I think it will work OK, as it is quite fine fabric.

Fine grade for use in silk painting.
For general information Silk Habotai is a CRAFT silk, very specifically used in fabric painting. Just because the silk is a low 'mm' grade, does not reflect it's suitability, it is just specifically bought for a particular craft use. If you're making wafty scarves or veils, then this is ideal. If you are making outfits, it is not.
