Does the push button come with bellow or just the hose?

The button comes with the bellows, which is the part that usually gives out. The existing hose should be detached from the old button, and reattached to the new one. (You can tell if it is the bellows which have failed, by detaching the hose as said, and blowing into it - if the toilet flushes, then it is definitely the bellows at fault). In other words, there is no need to take the hose off the cistern, unless the hose is at fault, which you would find out when trying the test outlined above.

Can this flush button assembly be purchased in gold colour as my faulty one is gold

Only chrome as standard. I would suggest a replacement bellows - a great deal cheaper and easy to fit . You can buy it on Amazon.This would leave you with your gold version. Hope this helps .

The item is great as described but the continued renewal very 2 or 3 years is not . Sooner or later these parts are not going to be readily available. My normal plumbers merchant has stopped stocking them due to more updated alternatives.
