Hi This item is an eye drop, there are various ways of putting the drop into the eye, the quickest and simplest way is to pull the lower eyelid down and squeeze a drop into the eye but make sure the plastic nozzle does not come into contact with the eye itself. If this doesn't work for you than another way is to tilt your head back, and squeeze a drop into the eye right by where the eyelids meet by the nose - any further queries please don't hesitate to contact us.

I bought this and it went from a liquid to almost like a gel over a couple of weeks. Is this normal?

Where did you keep it? Do not put in fridge or freezer. If it is a gel, check package that you have bought the liquid, or gel. If no to all these, contact seller as it sounds like old stock. I use liquid in morning and gel at night. Gel shouldn’t be gluey or sticky, just a bit thicker. I think yours could be faulty.
