Heel Pads for Shoes that are Too Big, 4 Pairs

While no heel grip works perfectly, these do the best job of the ones I've tried. The adhesive works well and most of the padding is on the sides, not on the back where it would endure the constant pull of the heel when walking.

So far they fit perfectly! I’m usually a 6.5 in heels and had to get some in 7 and they helped me a lot, just to make them feel even tighter bc they don’t have any strap I also bought ball foot pads but it’s optional.

Tried using these in my steel toe work boots. They worked temporarily but the adhesive doesn't seem to hold long enough me.

These may be ok for heels, but did not work well for my intention. I had a pair of boots that were sliding pretty badly despite me buying the next size down. I bought these in hopes of avoiding some slippage as well as some blisters when wearing my shoes. I don't believe that the adhesive was strong enough because every time I would slide my heel into the boot, the grip would just slide off and then stick to the bottom of the sole. I tried a couple of pairs and unfortunately did not have any success. Also, upon opening the package, it was never initially clear on which direction you were supposed to place the grip. It appears to have "wings", however, there were no photos showing a correct install procedure, so I ended up playing with placement on a few different directions for each grip I installed, and unfortunately, neither position seemed to benefit my situation. I am sure that these would work fine on a true heel as they seem squishy and comfortable, I just did not find success personally.

I love using these for heels. I wear a seven up to a 7 1/2. Sometimes I have to go up a size larger in a heel because it may be too narrow and then the larger size fits better, but my foot slides in and out so these definitely work better than the gel kind. Great value for the money, supports the heel, does not cause blisters, and easy to apply to the back of the shoe. I love the comfort and quality and the stability. It keeps my foot from slipping out of the shoes. I love how it looks like my heel is resting on a fluffy pillow lol

Once I stuck them in shoe, they are hard to get back off. Or they tear when trying to pull back off to remove . Also didn’t help with my foot sliding around in shoe. Very cheap. Highly dissatisfied…

What I expected. I have not used them yet.

I bout a bunch of flats from SHEIN and some of them caused blisters on the back of my feet because they sloped when I walked. Hence this purchase. I put them in one pair so far and problem 100% fixed. There was no more slip, there was no more blisters and they did not make my shoes feel tighter. They seemed to adhere pretty well and the backing peeled off super easy. I put them in a few hours before I wore the shoes and they stayed all day. I can’t speak to longevity as I have a bagillion shoes lol, so I don’t get a lot of wear out of them. They seem pretty durable though, and they were comfy.

Bought with the hope that the adhesion problem some people had I’d be lucky to miss. However not the case. Even in a brand new unworn pair of shoes they didn’t stick. Now have to find something to stick them in with.

There is no grip to them at all, they didn’t help. And the beige colour is yellow in person. They also ripped and fell apart after one use. Wouldn’t recommend
