Really good! I used it to boost a box cake mix and in a home made cream cheese frosting. The color, consistency and flavor are fantastic. Im going to look into other flavors from this brand.

The syrup has a slightly bitter taste when not mixed within a product, for a small batch of royal icing I ended up using 1 1/2 tsp. It was very tasty and was a true strawberry flavour and scent. The syrup IS coloured 'red' (creates a pink hue, typical for red dyes) and does stain the skin if making contact (even after washing it off, it stained for 2ish days), if you have any allergies to red dyes you may want to avoid this product.

I was so hopeful and really wanted to like this emulsion. I thought it would be a better alternative to strawberry extract, but the flavor just doesn't hit the same way. I find the strawberry extract to be a more natural strawberry flavor when paired with strawberry puree in frostings, and the emulsion just tastes too fake to me when I pair the two. For the price, this sadly was not a worthwhile purchase. :( I will continue with extract for my baking instead.
