Jeremiah Johnson [DVD] [1972]

A very good film,

Liked the story of the old west, the life of the fur traders and Indians at that time.

Scenery was great. Very realistic. Good actors each played a great part. Would watch this film again

GREAT FILM, GREAT ACTION, GREAT ACTOR, WHAT MORE CAN I SAY.

Tried watching this film on a Sky chnl. only to have a 6-7 inch frame all round the picture , even with a 50" TV this was not worth watching . First seen this years ago , so finally bought a DVD , strange thing about this one though ! there was an "Intermission !!! " half way through , still enjoyable tho' !

I saw this in the late 70's and enjoyed. Something came to my mind to see it again. It has an edge that still resonates, but you have to accommodate the niggles that might get you doubting...i.e. how he feeds the horse, where does he get his supplies to last a life time in the wild etc. Nevertheless, a good display from the headline actors. I enjoyed it very much.

Well filmed and good cast. Action well done and script follows book pretty much as written.

If you like living alone in freezing conditions being hunted by Indians than this is that film.quite an old film so hence no sex scenes ,a little blood here and there. I still enjoyed it
