I have been buying this for over 15 years. First purchased whne trying to become pregnant and noticed the changes it also made to my hair and skin, so continued to take it. Sometimes, items aren't just for taking for a specific time in your life. The DHA can be used for longevity and well being. Just because it says something on packaing doesn't mean you can't used it for other benefits. I love this product - the DHA and combinations are exceptional compated to others.
