why does the "item form" say capsule ?

Is this the exact same product from the Perricone site and does it have an expiration date?

I believe it is the same. It is grayish colored, looks like very wet cement, actually. I have used it a number of times and I really like it. The coloring looks very natural. There is NO expiration date on the bottle. If you have any questions you can call 1-888-823-7837.

Can this lotion be used by men?

I guess, but it's not a tanner, it all washes away. It might emphasize skin pores.
