Tisserand Lavender Organic Essential Oil - 9ml

I've been using lavender oil for a long time as an aid to restful sleep. This is an excellent pure brand at a reasonable price. Each bottle lasts a long time as you only need 1 or 2 drops massaged into wrists or temples. I also like to add a few drops to a pot of body lotion.

I use this lavender oil for a few different things — a dab on spots, a drop on our pillows to help us sleep, and a few drops in the diffuser to make the house smell amazing. It’s genuinely versatile, smells lovely, and feels properly high-quality. A tiny bottle with big uses!

I decided to try the Tisserand brand for my water diffuser in my bedroom. I am a big fan of Neal's Yard but they are fairly expensive so I wanted a back up brand that offered good value for money and quality. I bought this on the basis of Amazon reviews and I was not disappointed. This are easy to drop out - some brands are not and came out at the perfect rate being not too slow (where you have to beat it into submission and it goes against the calm that you wish to achieve!!!) or so fast that half the bottle has shot into your diffuser or hand. I knocked one scent off because to me this did not smell like other lavender products however as it did not say whether it was French or English lavender this may have been the problem - but it is always hard to leave reviews like this as smell is a very subjective thing. Great quality and value for money though.

I didn’t receive the item I ordered but another Tisserand Lavender product. Online it said it’s unreturnable. It’s more bother to me to try to sort this out . Just a pity. Tisserand is a good brand. I’d recommend.

This is a great essential oil! I bought it as, given lockdown, I wanted to have a home spa day. I had planned to use it in my bath and it didn't dissapoint. I noticed many people writing negative reviews regarding its usability as an essential oil in a bath, however on multiple occasions it seemed that they may not have been using it correctly. An essential oil should never be put directly in the bath (this risks burns), but should rather be mixed with some almond oil and then placed in the bath as part of this mixture. I therefore purchased an almond oil and placed the mixture in the bath and it smelled lovely and I felt super relaxed.One thing that made me question buying it at the time was the fact that one Tisserand oil is approx 6 pounds and I saw other brands offering a whole set for £15-£20 pounds. Despite this difference, I wanted something that would be of a certified good quality as I am using this in my baths and therefore it is in contact with my skin.I would definitely recommend!

Perfect oil and good price

The scent is a bit off straight from the bottle. There is lavender in there, but it’s overpowered by something else; perhaps it’s the linalool. I chose this bottle because I only needed a small amount, but I wish I’d done more research. I’d rather have spent a bit more on a nicer lavender fragrance.

This Tisserand Lavender Organic Essential Oil smells very potent, unique and earthy. It's calming and healing. It blends wonderfully with lavender and citrus essential oils and it's very smooth and uplifting. It's great for natural skincare and bath salt blends. Great essential oil!
