Does this work for oily hair

I only know it helps with hair growth. Not sure about oily hair as mine is rather dry at times.

Why is the package different from its official website or boots website?

I don't know unless it's because it isn't the extra strength tablets. I have never bought them in a packet like the one shown. Maybe they have changed the packaging?

I would know if that help with losing hair

These are vitamins/minerals that aid with har growth and may help to reduce/slow or prevent hair loss but it would depend on the exact reason for hair loss which can be related to stress, genetics or other factors.
