I never bother writing reviews but we have had ours for about a week now and we are so impressed that I'm am moved to recommend buying this water filtering system to anyone. The water tastes beautiful! My husband used to buy lots of bottled water and wanted to cut down on our plastic waste. We now have glass bottles to keep some filtered water cold in the fridge and reusable water bottles to take to work. The large capacity means there is always enough water ready to use in the kettle or for cooking. After much deliberation over which Invigorated Water filter to buy I finally decided to get this model with the three filters inside. I also bought three of the add on filters. Although theree add ons cost approx. £60 they will last up to two years. As this model takes 3 large filters , they of course share the work load. One filter will last two people up to 3months, this model with the three filters working together will last up to 9months! This machine will pay for itself in a few months as it is saving us about £3.50 a week in bottled water . We were also paying about £3.50 for Britta filters every month so once this cost is also factored in, it makes this filter system very affordable. Of course the best thing about it is the amazing water, which is a treat to drink. I have never drank enough water but now I'm having 1.5-2 litres a day and feel so much better for it! Great customer service, I had several friendly emails asking if everything was ok and offering help if we needed it. We didn't need any help though as set up was easy. One small thing to mention is once the large part of the tank is filled with filtered water, don't then completely fill the top chamber with water waiting to filter. We did this and it made the water leak slowly from the top joint where the two chambers meet. This is no problem at all though... We were just over filling it so completely our fault and now we know we don't have any trouble at all. In summery this water filter does everything it claims to and will make a massive difference to our health and well being. The water filters quite quickly and the tap pressure is good, dispensing water quickly. Well worth every penny! Highly recommended! ps my husband just tested the water with a digital ph tester... Our tap water has a ph of 6.7 once filtered it tested 8.8! Fantastic!

Just to say i wish i had purchased one of these a long time ago, I followed the instructions in the book and i have to say the water is really nice no aftertaste unlike tap water and some bottled water, i have a glass kettle and i always had limescale around the inside, but know i use the PH water from the countertop filter there is NO limescale at all, this is a picture of my kettle after 12 DAYS,plus i have a sleep apnea machine with a water tank that to got scaled up, but not know i use the PH water, i would totally recommend these water dispensers. PS the 3 filter system is really quick when it filters so you do not have to wait long

I read the reviews for this so was prepared for difficulty when trying to fit the add on extra filters but I found they went on fairly easily. It is nice and compact to say how much water it holds, I keep mine in the utility room because I don't have enough space in the kitchen but thats my fault not that the filter is too big. I should have a clear out 😄 I like the fact that the filters last so long, I just set reminders on the calendar to check it in 6 months. The water is crystal clear and tastes great. It hold so much I just fill it once a day which is great as that was my next most important reason for getting it because it seemed like I was constantly having to fill up the jug filter. I highly recommend this water filter. A great bit of kit to get alkaline water in this price range.

*Using since April 2022* I bought this as my flat gets very hard water from tap and we were not feeling good at all. This is a life saver but the taste initially was horrible. I washed, soaked and drained the water many times before the water could be drinkable - it certainly needs more draining and soaking than what they have wrote in the manual. Once sorted, the water is sweet and refreshing. This is a neat addition on the counter top and can hold about 6 liters of water at a time. The tap is good quality, just don't hang on it and use it like a reasonable person, should be good. Highly recommended for people who get hard water supplied and feel bloated or acid reflux all the time, its a sign your water is acid heavy. Hope this helps!

Does what it says, sent good instructions on how to use and maintain, seems very durable, it makes the water taste a bit better than tap but not like saka water. Water comes out clear.

We really like this filter so far as it has a better taste than the carbon filters and filters the water quite quickly. Now we are used to this water, it is difficult to drink tap water when out so we have bought those BPA free bottles. The extra membrane filters/ add ons are a bit pricey so we just have one of those for each filter but the taste of the water is greatly improved. It doesn't seem to take up as much space as we expected and so we also bought one for my parents. Revised: The price of filters seems to have gone up so this filter has become too expensive for us to run since they need to be changed around every 6-7 months for 2 people. Whilst we still think this is one of the best filters available, we have now opted for a water distiller instead as it's cheaper to maintain.

We bought this in an attempt to stop buying bottled water, as it was getting quite costly and wasn't very environmentally friendly. Living in London, the tap water is pretty much undrinkable without filtering, and using a brita was becoming a real pain, especially when you realised your partner had emptied it and you would have to sit there for 5 minutes waiting for the water to filter through... This thing has been one of the best purchases I've made! It holds enough water so that you can refill a few bottles before it even needs to be refilled itself. We now use glass bottles that we keep refilling from this tank and when it's getting half-empty, we just pour in a bit more water with a jug. The water tastes great and you wouldn't be able to tell it's from the tap. The only minor issue is that, if the bottom reservoir is full and you fill up the top reservoir as well, you may get a leak. It's an easy problem to avoid (just don't pour any more water if the bottom reservoir is full), but the first time it caught us by surprise and leaked a bit of water on the countertop.
