Very GOOD customer SERVICE
The product is very good but what’s even gooder is the CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I got the wrong item – a hot-pot thingy – and decided to return it. So I clicked on the ‘return’ thing but WAIT: I didn’t have to return anything! It turns out that deez guys would just send the correct item to me, w/o me returning the hot-pot thing first... OMG! Super good, I was super impressed, super!!The matcha thing turned out to be supernaturally super as well, although I ate it four months after I had received the package (I had to go home, and the package had to stay there alone and wait for me... poor thingy). We all loved it, except for my Рaki friend who, unfortunately, doesn’t like these East-Asian delicacies…

Acquired taste
These weren't for me unfortunately. It was a risk buying something green tea flavoured in the first place, haha! They're probably really nice if you enjoy the taste of green tea, but it's not my favourite flavour. The texture is strange, when I first had Mochi described to me I had imagined it to be like rice balls but with dessert flavours. They are made of rice but its a jelly like consistency. It's definitely an acquired texture and flavour. I can't fault the product itself, it was just not something i myself enjoyed. Delivery was good, too. All on time and everything was a-okay in the box!

I might buy again if cheaper
Photo is misleading as actual colour is dark browny green, and written in Japanese, it looks like made in Japan. Its not. Azuki paste was a bit hard but mochi was OK, taste OK not too sweet and I liked it. It's a little bit overpriced for the size of each mochi, though.

Disappointing flavour and Red Filling?
I’ve tried many green tea flavoured products that have a much stronger green tea taste than this; in fact the taste is more along the lines of a raisin taste and green tea is only in the aftertaste. I’ve tried mochi that have been green outside and inside however, inside was red filling not green which was big no no since it is probably a red bean filling when it is clearly green on the packaging. Even then I’ve tried Red bean mochi that have tasted better than this.

Not for everyone, but they were delicious
Definitely not for everyone, but I really liked them! They don’t look like what you think it will based on the box. Very sweet, but I honestly enjoyed them quite a lot,

Liked it more when it was warmed just a tiny ...
Its okay. Liked it more when it was warmed just a tiny bit. But after I had tried a different product, this one seems to fall short. But I would say they are bad. Defintiely a good alternative when you cant have too much heavily sweet stuff.
