Many reasons this gets a 1:1. Bad customer service. Got shipped an empty bag with nothing in it and I asked what could be done about the inconvenience and I kept getting the run around.2. $65 per swaddle? I can get a Halo for $30 which is even better because it has hands up OR hands down…or I can get many other brands for $20. The halo also has it so you can do diaper changes.3. The Velcro is SO tight that the baby automatically wakes when trying to tear it open.4 . In this economy it’s a complete scam to charge someone $65 for a blanket. You can talk it up all you want but it’s really no different from many other brands…for a third of the price.

These are fine swaddles but way more expensive than other options and not worth it. The material is light weight, which makes it good for warm weather. But the velcro is so intense it does not seem comfortable for the baby.

I wanted to love these swaddles, but I just don’t. The Velcro, while very strong, is super loud and disruptive if you need to take it off while baby is sleeping. I didn’t like that you have to stretch the fabric while affixing the Velcro. I felt like it was always too tight or too loose and I’d much rather have just used a basic sleep sack. Also I found it hard to leave room for my baby to move her hips freely due to the placement of the bottom Velcro piece. Without complete freedom of movement of the legs at the hip joint anytime she moved her legs up she was close to rolling which made me very nervous.Overall I would skip these swaddles if I had to do it. Over again.
