Definitely not. They could be practice jumps for competitio dogs. Would be OK for gerbils but you would need several of them.

If you cut the bits off where they join together... It will swing backwards and forwards ... Then add a small bolt .. Hey presto ... In theory at least ..!!!

They are brilliantly helpful at keeping my doggies off the garden! And as long as u secure them properly they. Are fabulous oh and they are 1- 1/2 ft in. Height hope. This helps 
