Over the years I have used Bach Flower essences for a variety of "issues" with great success. I believe it is important to understand how they work on an emotional condition which has been identified either by one's self or a person trained in knowledge of their use. Each of the 38 essences address different emotional states. Currently I am taking Sweet Chestnut for the condition I've identified and find it really is helping!

Purchase to calm a dog, it seems to be helping
