Do I need to bypass Ballast from existing housing?

Dear Amazon Customer, These are not needing to have a ballast. These require a can and if you currently do not have the housing then I would recommend to get a remodel can.

do these come with an internal Driver?

The driver is that black peice on top where the wires enter the fixture
