The mattress received was excellent and exactly what we wanted. The box spring was a substitute of what we judged to be lessor quality rendering the adjustment needed tedious and a hassle.

i like my mattress and box spring but it is just a little firmer than I expected. I just have to get used to it thats all, better for your back.

We had ours for more than 3 years. It's not bad, plush firm the way we both like it. However we noticed the side wall was pushing out and had a Simmon adjuster came out. He confirmed it is a defective mattress and gave us approval for a replacement. I wish i can go with something else, but since it's a free replacement or upgrade with a fee. Guess we staying with Simmons again. I would not buy it if i had a choice again.

We bought this mattress less than 7 years ago and in less than 6 months it had sink holes on both sides. Big mound in the middle. But one side of it actually was broken down so bad that the side bowed out several inches. Their 10 yr. Warranty is a joke. Bought a new mattress today and the Simmons is going on the curb for the trash to pick up!!! Worst mattress we ever owned and will never but another Simmons!!!

I don't usual do reviews but I must vent. I purchased this mattress 5 years ago and right away it began to sink in the middle, which is really strange because I sleep on the side of the bed and not in the middle. I right away had to purchase a 3" memory foam topper for the thing to even be able to sleep on it at all. Without the memory foam topper it was like sleeping on a rock, and my back and hips hurt every morning. I would have pitched it out after the first year if I had not gotten the memory foam topper. I just ordered a queen size double sided mattress and can't wait until it gets here. We have a Sealy Posterpedic full size double sided mattress that is every bit of 25 years old and it still sleeps like a dream. I will never purchase a one sided mattress that can't be flipped again and definitely NEVER a Simmons.
