I was a bit worried about the price being so cheap and what the chisels would be like but after a very speedy delivery all worries won't away, there amazing value for the money. Only problem with the order was the boy they came in was damaged, but you don't use the box

Very pleased with the quality of the chisels. They are comfortable to work with and give a good finish. Only problem was the wooden box the chisels are in, I had to mend it after part of the base became separated from the box.

Can’t fault the price it’s good and the chisels are perfect for getting started. They will need sharpening when you first get them and frequently after that.

Looked good after about 2hr work
Chisels are quite good work well on lathe,finish on handles is horrible,like something youd get from pound shop.bought as a gift so I sanded all varnish off and oiled them.

The roughing gouge did not match the rest of the set
Five out of the six tools were fine, but the roughing gouge did not match the rest of the set and was not finished properly, burrs and unfinished metal work mean that you need to correct the problem with the gouge before you can safely hold it.

Good for the price, if a little bit less than very sharp out of the box.
Been using these for a few months now, and despite not being super sharp out of the box, they seem to be a good set for a good price. Turned a good few pens with them before buying a wet sharpening system, and they seem to sharpen well and hold an edge nicely.
