I've tried so many shampoos to try and sort out my scalp and hair loss, as I've had put up with a lump bumpy sore head with large scales of skin coming off my head and everywhere for years, plus losing the hair from my hairline I was at my wits end, then I was shopping in a boots store and saw this range of shampoo and hair treatments, after only three washes I could see the difference in my scalp and after a month my scalp was totally clear and I had new hair growth along my hairline and hardly any hair loss as I would always have masses of hair on my hairbrush and in the shower,it makes my hair super soft and I use it along side Urtekram non perfume conditioner, I'm one happy lady and always recommend it to any friends with dodgy scalps. Shampoo was delivered on time, will definitely by from seller again.

I have been purchasing Alpecin Caffeine Shampoo 250 ml size for a while now, and found it cheaper here on Amazon than buying it in my local pharmacy, so I thought it time to sing its praises. As an older male, I find that it keeps my grey hair in good condition, it certainly helps with itchy scalp which can be caused by age related skin conditions or medications, and keeps me free from dandruff. I have short hair and find that using it every other day it gives a slight thickening to my thinning hair. Whether it does live up to the TV adverts which indicate that it can prevent hair loss, I cannot say, but it does keep my hair looking clean and fresh. I do as the instructions on the bottle suggest and leave it on my hair for the required two minutes, and feel good after using it. One interesting point of information that is printed on the bottle is that for Competing Athletes," Alpecin Caffeine can be detected in the hair follicles"! Unfortunately it seems that all of the reviews for Alpecin are being lumped together under the one heading for Alpecin Double Effect, which I have not tried. It would make more sense if they were listed separately thus allowing prospective customers some idea of the different varieties of the product.

Simply the best shampoo I have used so far. Better than Head &Shoulders which I have always used. Does not dry out your scalp and leaves your hair very manageable . I still have a full head of hair as a 70 year old male although a bit silvery now lol.

I actually tried this out for the first time. It's a decent smelling product but you have to let it sit on your head for a few minutes to get the most out of it

I have been used the item for 1.5 months. It is good news that no dandruff any more and slightly shiny hair, however there is no enough evidence or sign to have a strong and effective solution for losing hair until now.

Alpacin is my go to shampoo. It's keeps my hair thick and full, I often receive positive comments and I'm convinced this has stopped me from going bald over the years!

My barber recommended this to me as he said my hair and scalp was a little greasy. I bought it the next day and am happy I did. It smells and feels great and really makes a difference to my hair. It helps hair loss and you're supposed to leave it on for 2 minutes before washing it off. As to whether it helps in this regard it is scientifically tested and they can't say it does if it doesn't. It does make my hair feel fuller and I'll happily leave it on for a few minutes, it's not much of a hardship. This costs a bit more but I think us men deserve a proper shampoo and this is what Alpecin is, I give it 5 stars.

Como anticaspa, o como champú en general, muy bien. El pelo queda limpio, suave y con olor agradable. Pero como anticaida no hace ningún efecto, como era de esperar. Porque no hay ningún champú que frene lo inevitable, amigos, nos vamos a quedar calvos de todas maneras, si nuestro pelo inició ese trayecto sin retorno.

This stuff works for me..My hair is fuller and my girlfriend can see the difference on the top of my head. Where it was a little thinner.has now filled in considerably. This product along with the Alpecin Caffeine Liquid follow-up is all I'm ever going to use from now on.
