I am 6 ft 2 inch tall. Is this big enough for dead lift and squats? Or would it hit knees?

I personally don’t but lots of my clients/athletes do. The knurling on it is fairly rough but you do get used to it after a while. Best of luck

Hi, how comfortable do you find the grips?

I am 5 ft 7 ins with short arms, and would have preferred a bar with the grips part closer to body, as I feel that I am stretching out too much with arms and shoulders, whereas I would have preferred to be loading in purely vertical way, and thereby using it like a squat or deadlift, which this bar is great for. The grips themselves are good, though if you have lots of wt you will need gloves. Apart from that really good bar, but it is heavy even without wts. Hope that helps.

What is the width/spacing between the two parallel handles?

Cant measure it at the minute but I am 5 ft 8 and medium build and no issues. Largest person to use is approx 5 feet 10 and large build with no issues.
