Great for everything I could throw at it
This spatula is great, it is very stiff while still being flexible and scoops everything wonderfully. It has a lovely texture to hold as well

Flexible and heat resistant
I got KitchenAid and GIR spoonulas to replace my old Food Network one which I loved. The KithenAid has a longer handle and a rather stiff spoon that bends little. The GIR spoon is flexible and can bend to fit different surfaces just like my old one. KitchenAid has a max temperature of 400F whereas GIR has a higher temperature of 425F. I prefer the GIR for the flexible spoon. The color looks more blue than the picture suggests though.

Perfect!
Perfect spatula! Finally have a spatula that is comfortable to hold and easy to use when mixing baked goods, or scrapping the mixing bowl. Appreciate the neutral color.
