I bought two Trtl Travel Pillows for a recent long air trip—one for me and one for my husband. While mine was fine, I didn’t find it as supportive as I expected, but my husband thought it was excellent! The soft, plush material is definitely comfortable, and the shoulder support helps keep your neck in a good position. For me, it took a bit of getting used to, but my husband found it super cozy and actually fell asleep easily with it.The design is unique and compact, making it easy to pack, and the pillow stays in place around your neck, which is a big plus for long flights. If you’re someone who likes more neck support and comfort, this might be perfect for you. My husband is a big fan and says it’s the best travel pillow he’s ever used!

Amazing. So comfortable! Wasnt convinced when purchased but used on a flight back from US and it worked a treat!

This does work when you get use to it and is comfortable after much adjusting. I used this on a trip to America and was able to sleep that said it is not easy to travel with as you must ensure you don’t break or bend the item therefore you have to carry it mainly which is frustrating unlike the neck pillow which you can hang around you when not using you do get a cover for it which you can clip to something else which is what I did. I do think it is overpriced

I tried it on at home it seems to be very comfortable and easy to fix and wear but my plane journey has not happened yet so I cannot comment on how it works over a long journey

I found the pillow/neck support very good for a long haul flight. Easy to get into a comfortable position, and feels snug. Quite expensive for what it is, but worth it for the sleep! Fitted easily into back pack

I seem to have a relatively long neck and a heavy head which means that every cushion type pillow I've tried simply doesn't support my head. If I nod off, my head ends up drooping too far to the side or forwards. The Trtl pillow offers enough support to prop your head up, even if you're near vertical and the result is the best sleep on a plane I've had.Now there are a couple of down sides. Firstly, fitting it whilst in your average airline seat is not easy due to the wrap style fitting - it's like trying to put a long scarf on. I found it too cumbersome to fit before I got on the plane too and it also needed to be adjusted to a tight fit for propper support, which took a few minutes. Secondly, the velcro is very strong and proved to be very noisy, which meant that whenever I took it off, I woke up several rows (I joke, but it is very noisy). Thirdly, it's not as comfortable as cushion pillows - it would be good to see V.2 come with more padding for your shoulder and face.All that is kind of beside the point though, because I did, as I mentioned, get the best sleep I've ever had on a plane and this is worth the fiddling around. As a bonus it also takes up very little room and the scarf-like design came in very handy when dealing with the freezing inside of your average plane mid-flight.
