Flimsy but gets the job done.
These were rather inexpensive and used for a halloween custome. They get the job done but beware that they are cheaply made and plasticy rather than actual metal. I also found another issue where they kept sticking together somehow which kind of ruined the effect of having two dogs like the advertised photo.Works fine as an additive to an overall costume but don't rely on them to make you stand out or anything.
