Jewellery Cleaning Bath | Cleans Gold, Silver & Gemstones | 300ml

I used this for all my silver jewellery monthly, pop it all in, leave for allocated time, pull them out, give them a brush around with an old tooth brush or paint brush, I like the dip them back in the rinse under water and dry up and polish with a cloth. Very easy to use very effective way of cleaning all my jewellery - chains, necklaces, rings, pandora rings, beads, bracelets. I like to buy a new one every 9-12 months, usually you can see all the dirt in the bottom or you may notice it starts to smell different. Alternatively you could pour it out into a tub and clean your jewellery in a smaller pot to make it last longer. It's never leaked on me - always tempt upright formuse and storage

My last jewellery cleaner jar had a little tray to put the pieces on - this has nothing to hold the jewellery. As a result, getting the pieces out of the jar is awkward & spills some of the liquid out trying to manoeuvre the various items, especially small ear-rings. Would not recommend, but the liquid does work!

So many of the poor reviews are from buyers who didn't read the ad first. This is a cleaner, basically a detergent, for cleaning dirt and grease. It's not a tarnish remover and will not remove chemical reactions from silver i.e tarnish. That is a completely different type of cleaner. This is an expensive way of buying any household cleaner such as washing-up liquid . That would be the most cost effective way to remove the same build-up of human grease and dirt from your jewellery. This is unlikely to cause tarnish or harm anything you clean with it, it's just soap - but that's what it's being sold as, a cleaner for soiled jewellery. Like anything you buy, you need to read the ad to be sure you know what you are buying - don't blame the product because you bought the wrong item

Bit disappointing. It seemed to polish my silver jewellery but it never removed the tarnish. I thought it would fizz the tarnish away, but it doesn’t react to the dirt at all. My rings looked brighter, but the dirt was still there.

I bought this product to clean some silver chain necklaces and bangles. Unfortunately it really didn’t work very well at all and at almost £7, it should have done.First of all, the label gives a stern warning that the product can cause skin reactions and to avoid getting it on your hands. But then they put the plastic tweezers and brush that come with it inside the tub, submerged in the liquid product, so that you have put your hands into it to get them out. This is far from ideal.The instructions say that placing jewellery in the liquid for 3 - 5 minutes will restore shine and remove dirt and marks. But when I took my jewellery out after 5 minutes, it looked barely any different. Some of it was quite heavily tarnished so I put it back for another 5 minutes: still barely any effect.It seems that all this stuff really does is remove a bit of surface dirt and finger smudges - it doesn’t remove tarnish like a proper silver dip cleaner would. In other words, it has exactly the same effect as just rinsing your jewellery in warm soapy water - but you have to part with nearly £7 and end up with itchy hands for the privilege.Complete waste of time and money.

Cleans my jewellery beautifully. I used it while wearing gloves as I have sensitive skin I followed instructions and had perfect results the brush included is excellent for getting into the nookss and crannies in my rings and earrings the tweezers are excellent allowing you to grab the items out of the solution easily as unlike other jewelry cleaners this does not have a basket to drop the jewelry into so that why the tweezers are included but you can use them to hold onto an item and use the brush to clean. I used on hold and silver jewelry with genuine gem stones and it's left them sparkling.

So lately I have brought a few dud bits from amazon and this morning I re-read reviews and thought here we go again. I have some crystal jewelry set in silver that have not seen the light of days in 5 years. Very tarnished. So today I used this product and whilst the pieces are not sparkly they are much much better and wearable. So for me not a miracle worker but does a relatively good job. So I would score 8 out of 10
