I've used this to make chocolate for my daughter who struggles to find stuff she can eat. As a basis, you'll need equal amount of cocoa butter, sugar and cocoa powder or cacao nibs. Melt them all together in a double boiler and then let this set in whatever moulds you have. You can then adjust this recipe to your preferences and experiment adding other ingredients like fruits, nuts or even a touch of chilli! (Really brings out the chocolate flavour) We found that adding a bit of good quality vanilla essence to the blend helped too.
