Big pill but worth it!!!! They work!!!
These work!!! My asd and adhd son age 13 has always been small and with his meds and being fussy too, he wasnt eating enough. We tried pediasure shakes which he loves but they are crazy bonkers expensive so tried this instead to make sure he was getting the right nutrients. 100% he has GROWN, he has grown taller while taking these pills for about 3 months now. Before he was just not growing and his dr was considering taking him off the meds. Absolutely noticable difference in his energy levels and overall health. Only downside is they are huge and hard to swallow but he is also thrilled with his growth and so happy to take them.

Development and growth in your teens
Both my sons have been taking this supplement since they were 13. They take it each morning with their cod liver oil capsules. It helps them with their development and energy. Both find it easy to swallow even though the tablet is quite large. Both boys have gone through the teen years with minimal skin issues. The quality of the product is quite easy to see with the way in which it is easy to take and does not cause indigestion. There is no real smell which always helps with children. They are value for money when you buy from Amazon as they can be more expensive elsewhere.
