Ran 10 miles a couple of weeks ago using the same strategy, with Gu on waking, 5 mins before starting, at 3.5 miles, and again at 7 miles. **Q: do it have phosphoric acid as an ingredient?** A: It’s not on the label. **Q: Is this formulation the original with 100% vitamins A and E?** A: Vitamins A and E are not in the current GU formulation. They were removed due to studies showing that consuming antioxidants during exercise slows your body's adaptation to that exercise.
